This application offers a comprehensive approach to monitoring and assessing fitness levels through a series of bleep-controlled tests, culminating in an overall Fitness Score. Designed for versatility, it supports four distinct assessments: the VO2 Max Multistage Fitness Test (also known as the Run Test), Pull-ups, Press-ups, and Sit-ups. Individually, each test provides a specific performance level; collectively, they enable users to obtain an aggregated fitness score that reflects their current physical condition. All results can be stored and tracked over time for progress analysis.

The application now employs an advanced backend storage system designed to prevent data loss even with device changes. Users can log into a new device and retrieve all previous results seamlessly. It is important to note that legacy records from previous versions may not automatically transfer; however, manual entry of prior scores remains supported within the app.
